  • Q: How much will it cost to design my kitchen?

    A: Absolutely nothing!

  • Q: What if I don't like the design?

    A: Our designers are more than happy to make changes. The important thing is that we get it right for you!


  • Q: How long will it take to fit my kitchen?

    A: We usually allow between 1-2 weeks, depending on what other trades are needed to complete the project.

  • Q: What happens to the rubbish?

    A: We would always use a skip, where possible, throughout the whole installation. However, this would not be possible if there was nowhere for the skip to stand.

  • Q: If something is wrong or needs to change, what will happen?

    A: In this instance, we would stop and liaise with you to agree upon the best way forward.

  • Q: When is the date agreed for installation?

    A: We start by giving an approximate date. This enables all trades to be available for you. Sometimes the kitchen being fitted prior to yours overruns. For this reason we tend to confirm the installation date nearer the time, we will liaise with you throughout.


  • Q: When does my kitchen get delivered?

    A: Your kitchen will be delivered the day to is to be installed by one of our team.

  • Q: Do I need to check the delivery?

    A: We encourage all of our customers to check all of the items delivered. One of the fitting team will help you do this.

  • Q: Once I have placed my kitchen order with you, how long will it take to be delivered and fitted?

    A: This depends on what kitchen you have decided to purchase. Some ranges are available within a few days and some have a 6 week lead time. If we are completing the installation for you it would be based on when our next installation dates are available.


  • Q: How can I pay for my kitchen?

    A: We have several payment methods, the usual way is via a bank transfer, however we are more than happy to take any of the major credit/debit cards. We are also able to offer finance at great rates.

  • Q: Do I have to pay for all of my kitchen up front?

    A: No, we have payment stages with the final payment being made once the installation has been completed.


  • Q: What happens if an item is damaged?

    A: We do try to eliminate all damages as we have your kitchen delivered to our warehouse in time for one of the team to check, however occasionally there are damages. We will endeavour to get these swapped over as quickly as possible, though on some ranges, as they are special, the order may take several weeks. We will of course keep you updated.
